Main goal of the position
As Senior HR Business Partner you are responsible for the day-to-day overseeing of the department. You work closely with the local leadership team and your office location is in Etten-Leur. 

The position 
•    focus on providing supportive and challenging advice, business partnering and service on HR operational activities to people managers and employees with reference to attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation;
•    collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them;
•    develop and enforce HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations;
•    lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies;
•    support implementation of performance management systems to drive high performance;
•    casemanagement of sick leave cases in co-operation with external Occupational Health Service;
•    support and advise in core HR operational processes and frameworks, ensuring documentation is fit for purpose and complies with legislation;  
•    execution of recurring HR processes revolving around performance, engagement and compensation cycle;
•    collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired;
•    lead and initiate HR Projects based on specific needs of the business. 

The profile
To be successful in this role you bring the following: 
•    at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field;
•    minimum of eight years of experience as a generalist HR Professional in an international environment;
•    for this role a good command of both English and Dutch is essential;
•    general knowledge of compensation and benefits (experience with payroll execution is a plus);
•    up-to-date and advanced knowledge of employment law and regulations;
•    experienced in complex absenteeism cases and employee relations issues;
•    experienced in understanding the strategic needs of the company and translating this to the HR strategy.

In addition, you have a structured working approach, strong sense of cultural awareness and a keen eye for detail and you bring positive energy. 

Procedure
There will be several interview rounds with representatives from Lodiers & Partners and with our client. A personality questionnaire (Lumina) is part of this application process.
